The refund policy of TRAVEL LIGHT operated under TraviYo (Stout Web Pvt. Ltd.), clearly states that all payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances. If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of booking, the amount will not be refunded but can be adjusted as a credit toward future services, valid for up to 90 days. After 24 hours or once a service is executed, cancellations are not permitted. In case the delivered service is unsatisfactory or not as promised, customers must report the issue within 12 hours for resolution. No refunds are offered even during promotional deals or festival-based offers. TraviYo encourages users to review all service details carefully before making payments, as they follow a strict no-refund policy across all offerings.
